Our vision

The company was established to invest capital in agricultural production, including the cultivation of all types of crops using modern farming methods, as well as in livestock production, including the establishment of poultry and cattle farms and fish farms using advanced techniques.

During its operations, the company obtained Investment License No. 39/2020 issued by the Diyala Governorate Investment Authority to invest in a cattle and calf-rearing station and the cultivation of strategic and fodder crops in the Al-Adhaim district, at a cost of 10.714 billion Iraqi dinars.

Our Achievements

The company also expanded its operations in 2024 by cultivating barley on an area exceeding 450 dunams, allocating its estimated 700-ton harvest to its livestock breeding station. It aims to reach 1,000 dunams in the next season, thereby contributing to development by reducing production costs. The company also imported over 9,000 calves of breeds specifically for fattening and meat production, weighing over 5,000 tons.

The company possesses the administrative, accounting, and security systems, along with the scientific expertise, necessary to manage its operations optimally. It operates according to documented policies and procedures that enhance the credibility of its transactions and adhere to standards of disclosure and transparency.

The company has successfully utilized its capital by establishing a livestock breeding station with an annual capacity exceeding 30,000 head of cattle. It has also established a feed mill with a production capacity exceeding 80 million tons of concentrated feed and acquired sufficient agricultural equipment, including feed distribution vehicles and other machinery, to operate the mill and service its model livestock pens.

The company's workforce has grown to over 120 employees this year, and it has obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification.
